We are skilled in painting both historical and new construction, residential and commercial, interior and exterior. We recognize that we are not just painting and repairing buildings, but the places you live, the places you love. We will treat your project as if it were our own.
Make sure that your painter is licensed in the county where you reside, has adequate and appropriate liability insurance, and that all employees are covered by workmans compensation policy. This will protect you, the homeowner, from a potential lawsuit, should an injury occur.
Some painters will charge you for an expensive brand of paint, but then use an inferior brand, pocketing the difference for themselves. Pay attention to the paint coming into your home. Is it the brand you requested?
Some painters may water down their paint. This compromises the integrity of the product, but allows the painter to save a lot of money. Paint should be used as is from the cans.
